AFTER SALES SERVICE

BENVAC has a team of mobile trained technicians and engineers to service and maintain the machines. Repairs are carried out on the spot at the customers premises. Service within the Klang Valley are carried out within 24 hours and out station within 72 hours.

All BENVAC products come with a warranty and readily available spare parts to ensure that services and after sales service is efficiently maintained.

During delivery and commissioning of BENVAC machines our technical crew will train the end user on the use and upkeep of the machines.
